Romance, Dates, Relationships and Me…….

We all have been through the journey called relationship…. It involves

Attraction – Dates – Romance – Commitment – Minor Fights – Major Issues – Lets take a Break – Heart Break. Some lucky ones have the sequence twice in their life.

Only a minority will disagree to the fact that “Women are emotional fools.” Is it my forte to fall for the men who shall not hold me for a longer duration of time?? Or I am not fit enough for the families of men I choose to be with?? I am clueless. I have been thinking about this on the way back from office today and I wanted to break down, but thankfully the pollution level in Bangalore is so much that even the tears refuse to expose themselves. I have always given more importance to the guys who were in my life {im talking as if there were many… but there were only 2} but what did I get in return?? In the end it’s just me alone and distressed.

All I wanted is to be made feel wanted, special, to be told how he misses to see me, talk to me, touch me…

Every girl has the fantacy of being swoon away… If I asked for some of it I was told its too filmy.

But like they say, seedhi life toh sab jeete hain, toh thoda different karne mein hi maza hai.

Guess Princess Diaries, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Legally Blonde, Sydney White, Fifty First Dates and the like get me high on romance and make me long for it. At times I feel true romance exists and at other times I feel its sham.

I have a series of advice for the guys who are in a relationship:

1.     The girl in your life is someone…respects her and her fantacies.

2.     The one who loves you a lot is willing to do all it takes to keep you happy and relaxed.

3.     When you have moved on, don’t try to get your position back.

4.     Don’t realize ther worth of someone only when they are gone.

5.     Respond to the emotions before its too late.

6.     Don’t bundle yourself up with so much work that you no longer exist.

7.     Don’t you dare ask other girl about her where abouts on orkut/facebook without writing to your poor girl friend.

8.     Don’t get on to her nerves

9.     Sometimes listening to her is the only thing she wants

10. Drop a message here and there [only to her number, duh! ]

11. Remember her!!!

Carrie is Sex and the city: Later that day I got to thinking about relationships. There are those that open you up to something new and exotic, those that are old and familiar, those that bring up lots of questions, those that bring you somewhere unexpected, those that bring you far from where you started, and those that bring you back. But the most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself. And if you find someone to love the you you love, well, that’s just fabulous.

Now you know why Candace Bushnell is like a holy spirit for me. 😀

That’s all!!

 Cheers……….
