Jap-Tap-Sanjam #AtoZChallenge

My affinity towards Sikhisim also grew because my Granny was a true believer in Sikhi [Constant learning].

Here is a lesson from Evening prayer from Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

Rehras Sahib

Jap – remembrance

Tap- penance

Sanjam – Forbearance

These words mean:

I have neither acted on the principles of Jap, Tap and Sanjam, nor have followed the teachings of the guru O God; my deeds are unbecoming; I have sought Your sanctuary; please save my honor.

This post is for A-Z challenge 2016. My theme for 2016 A-Z Challenge is Every day stories in 100 words.
