Haan yeh sach hai… Today the obelix-figured woman at work broke into a dance to Pyaar kiya toh darna kya.
All everyone had to say was…WOW! We had Salim-Anarkali theme dressing at work today.
There was a burst of colors on the floor. 🙂 Dont we all love the colorful anarkali suits, the bling jewelry, flowers, music, sherwanis, mojris and fake mush men. [Well not sure about the last one but yay for others]
It was all going fine and slow but suddenly a Salim with a heavy Telegu accent shouts “Kahaan ho meri anaarkali, main tumhare liye beqarar hoon.”
The music man didnt hear the instructions right and played the entire music of the song. Phew… there were 4 anarkalis flabbergasted and waiting for the actual lines to begin. But out of the blue someone broke into a dance. It was like all eves watching this person dance out of the blue. There were jaws dropping as they had never expected the person to dance out of the other possible things she could do.
Why are we judgmental? Why do we find it hard to believe what others CAN do?
And just in case you were wondering that person was me 🙂
