I had lost a cheque aroung APRIL and the SBI people made sure i cry out tears to trace the lost cheque. After a lot of heated discussions, phone calls and asking my friends to visit the branch; i filed the case with RBI Ombudsman. Withn 10 working days i got a complaint number and the details of the mail sent to SBI for a justification.
Soon after a few more mail notifications came up and on 13-Dec-2008 i come to know that the cheque has been cleared and the money is put in my account.
